After seeing this scene of Twilight about to fight Tirac/Tirek. I thought of Nova immediately and was hoping someone would make a base and well someone did
and this... Is the side of Nova no one had ever seen until now.

Honestly... I'm not to sure where I'm going with this xD But this is a part of Nova I've always wanted to explore. I've always had her having a deep connection with magic and as my headcanon for her is going so far. She is destined one day. Like her mother. To become and Alicorn.

What is depicted here is of Nova being overcome by her deep laying magic. Her eyes, Cutie Mark and even her Magic Element charm begin to glow and her wings gain a light purple tinge the color of Twilight's coat. She is also surrounded by a pink aura.

...The pink is supposed to be the color of Twilight's magic aura but well it looked awkward no matter how I tried it so I went to town with layer effects in SAI xD

Please don't say she's a Mary-sue. She is my character and this is how I want her.
